Tank Erection/Assembly Query?

If you have ordered a product that requires installation you will be sent an installation request form with your confirmed delivery date

  • Please complete and return this for us to book our installation crew in. (Please note a crew will not be booked automatically and will not be on the same day as delivery as we do not offload and position as standard)
  • Upon receipt of your completed installation request form, we will confirm the date our installation crew will attend your site

Ordering from Dewey Waters

Placing and receiving your order with Dewey Waters is a straightforward process. Upon receiving a receipt of your purchase, a member of our sales team will contact you, either by telephone or email to confirm your order and advise the current lead time. After your order has been processed by our drawing team and sent to be manufactured, you will be contacted again with an expected delivery date. Please note, our standard delivery terms do not include for the offload and position of the product.

The majority of our products require written drawing approval before the product can go to manufacture, with a few exceptions to this rule such as our stock one piece tanks and ATECS. If you have any queries about this, please contact our sales department who can advise you further.

  • Upon receipt of your purchase or subcontract order, a member of our sales team will contact you, either by telephone or email. They will confirm receipt of the order and advise the current lead time for delivery from drawing approval as appropriate.
  • You will then be contacted by the drawing department who aim to turn a drawing around within 3-5 working days
  • Upon receipt of your written approval the product will go to manufacture
  • You will be contacted again to advise of the delivery date
  • Our standard delivery terms do not include for the offload and position of the product.
