The solution provided was a bespoke sized Totally Internally Flanged tank with extended ¼ panels applied on both the length and the width, this way the actual useable tank capacity was achieved and the tank fitted within the space provided.

This bespoke manufacturing process that Dewey Waters possess allows us to be flexible with tank size and enable us to fit water tanks into a greater selection of irregular shaped rooms or confined spaces.

The technical service and the associated literature provided to ELMech Ltd demonstrating the expected final finish water tank helped to secure Dewey Waters as the preferred supplier of this cold water storage tank.  The client commented: “The compact design of the tank, modern look and very short awaiting time met all our and our client requirements”.

Our logistics team organised a tail lift truck from the courier to deliver direct to Hackney, London. The installation of the cold water storage tank from delivery, site induction and installation, took the team just one day to complete. The new water tank was WRAS approved and compliant with current British Standards. 

The client fed back: “Dewey Waters has delivered the product as was expected, design was done on time, materials delivered and installed up to the highest standard – definitely we will use Dewey Waters again”.
