Production Process
There are two main elements to the production cycle. The Initial process is the manufacture of the advanced Composite Sheet Moulding Compound (S.M.C.). The Second process is manufacturing the panels using Hot Press Compression Mouldings.

Manufacture of Compound
The individual specialist compounds are designed and manufactured in our plant to suit specific
product requirements.

Products are manufactured under high pressure and high temperature.
